Samoan barbecue...this is a whole beef
It was so heavy, it broke the spit..so they dropped it, welded it, and kept cooking it!

3.1.2012

This family is leaving after Church. When they came there were at least 6 more in the back.
This is a fruit that someone gave us. We had to ask the neighbors how to eat it. We're still not sure what it was. This is what we face when we are grocery shopping
On Friday's the students get to play either volleyball or basketball on the pavement back of the Institute. It has just "poured rain" a few minutes earlier, but as soon as it stopped, out they came.
These are the students in their uniforms going to school by our house. Most of them walk, but we saw this bunch getting a ride. Every school has different colored uniforms.

Below is our mission president and his wife and another sr. couple who met us at 1 a.m. when we flew in to the airport. I think I attached this picture to an email, but if not, here we are.
