So here we are beginning our mission at the MTC. We are having a delightful experience with 40 other couples who are literally going to places all over the world. We are so thankful that we are going to Samoa. The other couples that we have been studying with this week are going to Japan, Spain, and Scotland/Ireland.We have had two excellent young elders who have been our trainers.
We have had very pleasant weather for January, our accommodations are "close" quarters as you can see from the pictures, but it's been great not to have to think about what to fix for meals. We walk around the track at the top of the gym every time they give us a break, but we just found a small exercise room on the top floor where we are staying.
We are looking forward to serving together. I think you will really enjoy it too in about 20-30 more years. Some couples have served 4-5 missions together. Some of them have come and talked to us about their different experiences.
